Welcome to ORB360.
By accessing, browsing, or using this platform, you declare that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use the platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Access to and use of ORB360 are conditioned upon full and unrestricted acceptance of these Terms, as well as the Privacy Policy and Community Policies, available through their respective links.
The Terms may be made available in specific versions according to the user’s country, region, or locale, with the objective of reflecting the laws and regulations applicable in each jurisdiction.
2. Age Requirements
This platform is intended exclusively for persons 13 (thirteen) years of age or older.
If you are under 13 (thirteen) years of age, use of the platform is expressly prohibited. In this case, we advise you to inform your parents or legal guardians so that, if they wish, they may learn about the platform.
3. Use of the Platform and User Responsibility

The user declares awareness that:

- You must verify the legality of using the platform according to your jurisdiction;
- ORB360 is not responsible for decisions made based solely on its content.
4. Nature of Content
The information made available on ORB360 is generated exclusively by the neurodivergent community, based on personal experiences, individual perceptions, and collaborative contributions, and may also involve automated processes, including the use of artificial intelligence.
Therefore, the user acknowledges that such information:
- May not have been audited, verified, or validated by official sources;
- May be subject to subsequent review, moderation, or updating;
- May not accurately reflect objective reality, including at the current time.
5. Awareness, Verification, and Appropriate Use of Information
By accepting these Terms and using the platform, the user declares full awareness and responsibility that:
- Part of the content may be generated or assisted by artificial intelligence;
- Part of the content may be produced by the community itself, without technical, medical, legal, or institutional validation;
- All information must undergo additional verification (“double check”) before any practical use;
- Direct consultation with official bodies, competent authorities, qualified professionals, and reliable sources is essential, especially on medical, legal, educational, regulatory, or administrative topics.
6. Exclusively Informational Nature
Under no circumstances shall any content, functionality, recommendation, opinion, or information made available on ORB360:
- Replace, prevail over, or supersede laws, regulations, norms, or official guidelines;
- Replace opinions, diagnoses, or guidance from qualified professionals, including, but not limited to, doctors, psychologists, lawyers, or other specialists;
- Be interpreted as official, technical, medical, legal, regulatory, or institutional information.
The content of ORB360 is intended exclusively for informational purposes, as an initial reference and starting point for research and awareness, and should not be used as the sole or definitive basis for personal, medical, legal, or any other relevant decisions.
7. Community Policies
7.1. Content Moderation
ORB360 uses automated artificial intelligence systems to analyze and moderate content published by users, with the objective of maintaining a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment.
All comments and contributions submitted to the platform are subject to automatic analysis to identify:
- Offensive or inappropriate language
- Content prohibited by law or community guidelines
- Spam or unauthorized commercial content
- False or misleading information
- Privacy violations or third-party rights violations
7.2. Content Visibility Control
7.2.1. Personal Sensitivity Configuration
Each user can configure their personal sensitivity level, determining what types of content they wish to view on the platform. The available options are:
- Restricted: views only content without inappropriate language
- Moderate: views content with slightly inappropriate language
- Intermediate: views content with moderately inappropriate language
- Complete: views all classified content available
The default setting for new users is Restricted.
7.2.2. Viewing Your Own Comments
You will always view your own comments, regardless of sensitivity settings or the classification assigned to the content.
7.2.3. Viewing Third-Party Comments
Comments published by other users will be automatically filtered according to:
- Your personal sensitivity configuration
- The classification assigned to the comment by the system
- The processing status of the comment
You will not view comments that:
- Have a classification above your configured level
- Are still being processed (except your own)
- Have been removed for guideline violations
7.2.4. Processing Period
Newly published comments undergo automatic analysis that may take a few seconds or minutes. During this period:
- The author views their own comment with a processing indication
- Other users do not view the comment until analysis is complete
- After analysis, the comment follows normal visibility rules
7.3. Prohibited Content
The following are expressly prohibited on the platform:
- Hate speech, discrimination, or prejudice of any nature
- Threats, incitement to violence, or terrorism
- Explicit sexual or pornographic content
- Harassment, stalking, or intimidation
- False information that may cause harm
- Privacy violations or unauthorized disclosure of personal data
- Fraud, scams, or deceptive schemes
- Apology for or incitement to crimes or illegal activities
- Violation of intellectual property rights
Comments identified as prohibited are automatically removed.
7.4. Consequences of Violations
7.4.1. Notifications
Users who publish inappropriate content will receive automatic notification informing them of the identified violation.
7.4.2. Infraction Records
The platform maintains a record of infractions in the user’s profile for community moderation and security purposes.
7.4.3. Progressive Measures
Depending on the severity and frequency of violations, the following may be applied:
- Educational alerts
- Temporary publication restrictions
- Temporary or permanent account suspension
- Definitive exclusion of the user from the platform
7.5. Responsibility for Published Content
By publishing content on the platform, you:
- Declare that you are the original author or possess the necessary rights
- Assume full responsibility for the information shared
- Commit to respecting applicable laws and community guidelines
- Acknowledge that content may be analyzed by automated systems
- Accept the consequences provided for policy violations
7.6. Right of Appeal
Users who disagree with content classifications or removals may request human review through the platform’s official channels.
The appeal process includes:
- Submission of formal review request
- Analysis by human moderators
- Reasoned response within 7 (seven) business days
- Final decision on maintaining or reversing the applied measure
7.7. Privacy and Data Processing
Content analysis involves automated processing of information published by users, including:
- Textual analysis for thematic classification
- Identification of inappropriate language
- Sentiment and context assessment
- Content categorization
Processing fully respects the platform’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation (LGPD, GDPR, and similar).
Removed comments are marked as inactive but maintained in the system for audit purposes and compliance with legal obligations.
7.8. Context and Exceptions
The moderation system considers the context of publication, including:
- Educational discussions about neurodivergence
- Personal experience reports
- Debates about discrimination and ableism
- Quotations necessary to the discussion context
The platform recognizes that discussions about trauma, discrimination, and mental health may involve emotionally charged language, applying contextual analysis before classifications.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1. User Rights
You retain all rights to the original content you publish on the platform.
8.2. License Granted to the Platform
By publishing content, you grant ORB360 a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and transferable license to:
- Display, reproduce, and distribute content on the platform
- Perform analyses and processing necessary for service operation
- Store and backup content
- Allow other users to access and interact with content according to platform functionalities
This license remains valid while the content is published on the platform.
8.3. Content Removal
You may remove your content at any time, terminating the granted license, except in cases of retention necessary for compliance with legal or contractual obligations.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1. Third-Party Content
ORB360 is not responsible for:
- Truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of content published by users
- Damages arising from the use of information obtained on the platform
- Actions or omissions of other users
- Inappropriate content that may not be identified by moderation systems
9.2. Service Availability
The platform does not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free availability
- Absence of viruses or harmful components
- Compatibility with all devices or systems
9.3. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties of any kind.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ORB360, its representatives, directors, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:
- Violation of these Terms of Use
- Violation of third-party rights
- Improper use of the platform
- Content published by you
11. Termination
11.1. Termination by User
You may terminate your account at any time through the platform settings.
11.2. Termination by Platform
ORB360 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time without prior notice in case of:
- Violation of these Terms of Use
- Fraudulent or abusive use of the platform
- Behavior that harms other users or the community
- Legal determination or court order
12. Modifications to Terms
ORB360 reserves the right to alter, update, or modify these Terms at any time.
Significant modifications will be communicated to users through:

- Registered email (when applicable)
- Prominent notice upon platform access
Continued use of the platform after changes implies automatic acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the modifications, you must discontinue use of the platform.
13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

For users located in other jurisdictions, applicable consumer protection laws and local regulations apply.
14. General Provisions
14.1. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Community Policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and ORB360.
14.2. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
14.3. Waiver
Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of the right to do so later.
14.4. Assignment
